Being “Financially Fat” Finding Purpose & Financial IQ – Part 2

You pay your bills on time, you have a nice home, a nice car, nice cloths, and may even go on some nice vacations. By all appearances you are living the American Dream. You feel confident because you (and maybe your spouse, if you’re married) have a great job that pays you well. Life is comfortable and you have everything you ever wanted. Life looks great … from the outside. … They are financially fat and yet, without even realizing it, they are just one paycheck away from financial bankruptcy and ruin.

FACING YOUR DEMONS!

You begin to gasp for air. Your tongue grows numb. You begin to sweat. You begin to tremble and shake. You begin to see either black or red in your periphery vision, and you become tunnel visioned. Your thoughts are paralyzed—you can neither tell your feet to move nor form a cogent thought. You feel like your chest is about to explode. Your body goes into fight or flight drive and you have no control over its response to the situation at hand. The one and only thought that races through your mind is ESCAPE! I must escape.

F.E.A.R. is false evidence appearing real. It also can either be “forget everything and run” or “face everything and rise”!

Have you ever felt like you have no purpose for even existing? have you ever felt like it’s not even worth trying? I can relate!
